Calm – Balanced – Held
A grounding blend of rose geranium, lavender, clary sage and cedarwood to calm the body, soften the breath, and return you to yourself. Massage into wrists, temples, chest or back of the neck and allow yourself to pause, breathe and return to yourself.
A simple ritual
1) Pause. Step outside or open a window. One slow breath.
2) Tea. Chamomile, lemon balm tulsi or oat straw.
3) Touch. Warm a small amount between your hands. Apply to temples, wrists, chest. Feel the warmth. Inhale.
4) Breath and sit in the stillness for 3-5minutes. Enjoy the moment. Let the body settle.
5) To deepen the moment, light a Hedd hand-dipped beeswax candle and sit for a few moments longer.
That is it.
Nothing elaborate.
Just a threshold from the busy world back into yourself.
Ingredients: Olive oil, Beeswax, Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia), Rose Geranium essential oil, (Pelargonium graveolens), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Cedarwood essential oil (Cedrus atlantica).
