A gentle botanical balm crafted with calendula-infused olive oil, lavender, German chamomile, Roman chamomile and Indian sandalwood to soothe the body, quiet the mind and offer a small moment of care. Safe for use during pregnancy and postpartum, Mother’s Balm was created for the long days, short nights and changing seasons of motherhood.
Massage into wrists, chest, shoulders or tired hands and allow yourself a moment to pause, breathe and return to yourself.
A Simple Ritual
Pause. Put the kettle on. One slow breath.
Tea. Lemon balm, oat straw, chamomile or raspberry leaf.
Touch. Warm a small amount between your hands. Massage into wrists, chest, shoulders or the back of the neck.
Breathe. Sit quietly for a few moments. Let the body soften.
If a baby is sleeping nearby, rest too.
To deepen the ritual, light a Hedd hand-dipped beeswax candle and stay a little longer.
That is it. Nothing elaborate. Just a small reminder that mothers deserve care too.
